What is a Foot Health Care Practitioner?
As an approved Foot Health Care Practitioner I am skilled at cutting toe nails, thinning thickened
nails, removing corns and calluses, treating athletes foot, managing diabetic clients, removing ingrown toe
nails and giving general foot care.
As a professionally trained Foot Health Care Practitioner I ensure that my professional qualification is regularly updated through the Alliance of Foot Health Care Practitioners, which is itself monitored by the Professional Standards Authority.
This gives clients the assurance that when you visit my clinic you will be in safe, capable hands.
Infection control is paramount in my business. All instruments undergo a meticulous cleaning process utilizing a concentrated solution, followed by sterilization in an autoclave. Subsequently, the foot clinic receives a thorough cleaning following each visit, thereby upholding stringent hygiene standards.

Medicure
Medicure - Medical pedicure - time allowed 60 minutes at a cost of £50.00.
This specialized foot treatment has been the cornerstone of my service, particularly benefiting clients with DIABETES by promoting optimal foot health.
This foot care treatment is designed to provide immediate relief and rejuvenation to your feet. It has consistently earned 5-star service reviews from my clients, reflecting their satisfaction and comfort. This treatment includes:
- Initial assessment.
- Foot cleansing with skin disinfectant.
- Using a chiropody drill to trim, thin, and shape toenails. I also address any nail problems such as thickened discoloured nails.
- Hard skin will be gently reduced and any corns removed.
- Finish with a relaxing foot massage.
Corn removal
Time allowed 30 to 45 minutes at a cost of £40.00 Please note this is for the removal of one corn. This treatment includes:
- Initial assessment.
- Application of skin disinfectant.
- Enucleation of the corn with a surgical blade.
- Discussion of aftercare to alleviate pressure and prevent recurrence.
Callus reduction (hard skin removal)
Time allowed 45 minutes at a cost of £45.00.
This treatment includes:
- Initial assessment.
- Application of skin disinfectant.
- Utilizing chiropody skills, including surgical blade usage.
- Moisturising of the feet.
- Discussion of aftercare to alleviate recurrence.
Toenail cutting
Time allowed 45 minutes at a cost of £45.00. This treatment includes:
- Initial assessment.
- Cleansing of the feet.
- Cutting toenails and utilizing a chiropody drill to trim, smooth, and shape toenails.
- Moisturising of the feet.
- Regular toenail cutting is advised every six to eight weeks.
